Mary Lo is a graduate of the Swedish Institute, College of Health Science, New York.  She is licensed by the State of New York, and is certified by the National Certification Board For Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  She is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, a Dr. Vodder School Certified Lymphedema Therapist, an Ortho-Bionomy practitioner, and (McLoughlin) Scar Tissue Release Therapist .


Mary’s specialties are: Manual Lymph Drainage & Complete Decongestive Therapy (MLD & CDT), Ortho-Bionomy – Positional Release, CranioSacral Therapy and McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release.. (see Modalities) She is also proficient in other bodywork modalities: Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu, Swedish Massage, and Trigger Points Therapy.  She combines both eastern and western modalities in her therapeutic massage to facilitate the natural healing and balance of your body, mind and spirit.


For more than two decades, Mary provided medical massage at the Institute of Advanced Medicine at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s,  Mount Sinai West (Roosevelt) Hospitals, while also working with the Associated Biofeedback Medical Group focusing on pain management.


Her peers recognize Mary as a provider that connects to her clients and patients.  Mary is a warm, positive, nurturing individual and she believes that massage/bodywork is a team effort and healing is enhanced through connection and compassion.  In this revolutionary approach she has successfully treated a diverse clientele that includes the elderly, mother-to-be, those living with cancer, lymphedema and lipedema, and other medical conditions.
